The Game or Launcher Won't Start

1. Right-click the launcher and choose Run as administrator.
   
2. Your antivirus may be blocking the game files. Add the game folder to your antivirus exclusions.
   
3. If the problem continues, download the client again from the official download page and extract it to a new folder.
   

The Update Gets Stuck or Never Finishes

1. Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the launcher.
   
2. Run the launcher as administrator.
   
3. Try moving the game folder from the Desktop or C:\Program Files to a folder such as C:\LunoraKO.
   

I Can't Log In

• Your account is created automatically on first login. Make sure you're using the ID and password you typed the first time.
  
• Check upper/lower case and your keyboard language.
  
• If you forgot your password, use the Account Recovery page on the website.
